Sometimes, oscillator aliasing sounds sweet. Try using a degrader or ringmod to bring out the aliasing in even the most angelically clean synths. - kibibu
After lots of testing, beta-testing by members of the Buzz community, then some further testing, Zephod finally released his latest Modular Synthesizer for Buzz. The latest version will always be available at www.blokmodular.com.
We also decided to include the current version here on the site, so that anyone searching for it here would actually find it. The version uploaded to this site will probably soon be obsolete, but the link to the latest version is easy to find in those search results. Enjoy!
Yes, ld0d hits it again with no less than three excellent drum generators, ld_clap, ld_cymbal and ld_snare. And if that's not enough, he also released a "transient designer" where you can really work with the attack and decay parts of any signal. This works best for stuff like drums, percussion and such signals. Not punchy enough? ld transient fixes it!
These machines have all been tested in both 44100 and 96000 hz by buzzmachines.com
For all the iPhone / iPod touch lovers among us: David Wallin, better known as Whitenoise released an application called Bleep!BOX. It's a combination of a drummachine and synthesizer for the iPhone / iPod Touch. It doesn't use samples, it generates all the sounds live. Check out a sample video on the Bleep!BOX website, or download the app directly from the App Store.
There was a crash bug in rc6 when using the virtual channels. Please update to rc7. You can simply overwrite the old .dll file, as the parameters are compatible and your songs will not break.
Please notice that "rc" means "release candidate". This generator is still in beta, but is getting closer and closer to being stable.
One of the coolest changes is the "replace" and "insert" machine/effect commands when you right click the machine or the triangle connection between machines. Totally awesome for inserting eq and mastering effects and also a massive time saver if you find yourself constantly connecting and disconnecting machines.
