The offset thing doesn't seem to be in milliseconds, but you can find the right spot by dragging.

It works with the real QuickTime but not QuickTime alternative.

Looping sections of the sequence in buzz doesn't loop sections of the movie, the movie only plays starting from tick 0.

The plugin did now show up in Buzz pvst, Samplitude or SoundForge. Crashes on my computer when you load it manually in pvst or in FL Studio.

Amo: Good start, thank you.

But...
For the love of everything holy, someone please make a machine that enables you to sequence with video and images inside buzz. The same functionality as Matilde tracker, just video, with the option to 'link' an audio and video file together.
