How to get phat bass in your mix:

1) turn down the volume of all generators

2) gradually turn up the most important track that has bass (like e.g. the bass or the bassdrum)

3) turn up the second most important track that has bass in it, but not so much it takes away the focus of the first track

4) work your way up through the other instruments. Keep making sure the very first track is still easy to hear. - Joachip
