polac: 3rdProgress: I suppose you are also using Win98. A couple of people were reporting exactly the same you described here, still a crash on connecting to master. I tried to get behind these crashs without a result so far :(. I mailed some people a loader version which did some logging, I found out the crash occurs right after "process" is called for the first time, which means it crashes inside the vst code. Firstly I suspected some invalid values but all I logged seemed to be ok, quite odd. Also the vst initialization part worked fine. |

3rdProgress: The only way to load a plugin without a crash here is not to connect the loader to the master (or some other no-output-machine), or, with the effects loader, not to connect any machine to its input. When i connect one -> BANG! ...It's great that the machine instance is renamed to the name of the vst plugin. I wished this for PsiDrum... |

badloop: Great.. everything works really nice .. except for Reaktor 4. When I load it, I get a message saying that I have to register my Reaktor .. even that I have done it allready. So I do it and load it up in buzz.. still the same thing .. |

jts: The thing that ALWAYS amazes me when I stop to think about it is: Buzz is hands down the most powerful (as far as versatility) production tools out there, it has a great community of good people, can load SoundFonts, VST's, Direct X plugins, etc... and it's FREE!!! I use a lot of VSTi's for basslines (Mainly Steinberg VB-1) and am THRILLED that machines like this are out there. It's awesome! Thanks, is what I mean. :P |

magmavander: :) It's so cool to have coders that create awesome machines.
But not only
It's cool too that they also take time to correct bugs. We all know some 'Pro' developers that didn't do as well
Some day life is beautiful :o)
Thanks guys ! |
