Never mind... I've found a solution.

Nubuzz loads/shows the patterns of missing machines, so to have a look at the pattern data, I just removed DDM-100 Super Drums from the Gears temporarily to take a snapshot of the patterns :)

Zephod DDM-110 Super Drums, help

Hi there,

I've got a couple of old (~2001) buzz files that show empty patterns for Zephod's "DDM-110 Super Drums". I'm pretty sure they weren't empty when I saved them.

IIRC there were two incompatible versions of this machine, under the same filename (ARGH). Here on buzzmachines.com there's only 1 version, I think it's the newer version.

Somebody have the old version? I don't think I'm losing much intersting data anyway if I just delete them... but I'd like to listen in to be safe :)

here's a 4-track EP I made entirely in Buzz today with the help of a bunch of Peer machines, BLOK Modular was incredibly helpful too. Plz download if you want to support the artist, but if you just listen that's nice too

Buzz Massive Pack download?

Hi,
I just downloaded Buzz after about 7 years break in order to reopen some old projects. I downloaded the newest build from http://www.jeskola.net/buzz/ and the Giant machine collection from here, but even with these I noticed that there are a lot of machines missing when I open the old projects. I think that downloading the old Buzz Massive Pack would include many of the missing machines, but the download link seems to be down. Does anyone know where to get this pack?

SDCompo Round 64!

SDCompo Round 64 has begun!

SDCompo is a monthly online multi-format module competition. It is an opportunity for you to compete against trackers from around the world, share and receive feedback on songs and hone your tracking skills!

Check it out at http://www.sdcompo.com/

Entry Deadline for Round 64 is 2012 January 27 00:00:00 *CST

This round's samplepack is provided by chunter who sampled from his Korg Monotron.
Vocal samples are also accepted.

Yes, the compo is still around :) Going on 6 years! We've been a bit quiet lately as far as promoting the compo, but we've got a lot of interesting changes planned for the coming year. Cralias is working hard on a site redesign, which will allow for more flexibility such as smoother integration with social media sites, and the possibility of "sub-compos" which can be hosted by users themselves. These will run concurrently with the main compo, and will give competitors more freedom to experiment with different sets of rules and limitations.

Not familiar with SDCompo? Check out Remixta Episode 12 ( http://remixta.net/2011/04/remixta-12-sound-devotion-special/ ) which was graciously hosted by Suva and features him and myself chatting and playing some of the fantastic tunes of the first 5 years of the competition.

Or, just come on down and check out the music and community at http://www.sdcompo.com/

We've got lots more exciting changes in store for the coming year. Hope to see you in 2012!
