This is an issue that a lot of users of Buzz 08 are running into. Here is the solution or workaround.

Open Buzz. Go to view and click machine view size. Change it to slightly higher values so that you have scroll on the top to bottom and left to right. That fixed it for me for the most part.

You may also need to close RAM intensive programs and disable themes and anything under "View - Options" this usually will resolve most issues.

In some cases a poor graphics card could be the issue but as long as graphic intensive settings are not used you should be able to resolve it.

One more thing to note. You dont have to delete the machine. Hit ALT+F4 to close the machine window. It seems once the machines have been used a little there is less of a problem. Once you get the machine parameter window open and looking like it should. Move it to a different location before closing it.

It took a little playing with settings but this is something that can be resolved simply by adjusting settings. It shouldn't take hours either so don't be steered away from the new buzz because it is really magnificent. Take 15 min and find the right settings for your computer (depending on monitor resolution, ram, etc) and you should be up and running problem free. - sixafterseven
