guitar w/tab rather than note+octave
Much Much Much (I stress Much) praise to Hal-Dreamer for just guitar, it sounds extremely realistic. instead of maybe a new gen, there could be a new version with tablature like notes. i haven't read thru the wishlist so this may be redundant... if it is, my bad...i apologize. keep up all the great work dev's...

2002-01-21: To me notes is fine... for guitarlike aproach I just take my guitar and think with that (And not with my brains hahahaLOL) and then just manually convert it to notes and stuff. Usually I use mathilde tracker with clean samples straight from my electric guitar though. by Elektroj?nis

2002-06-14: I don't think that anyone has "problems" if all they know is guitar tab. A lot of people who tought themself found their way into music with tab, and have become quite good at it. In such a case, it is pretty likely that working with tab is going to be easier than working with notation. After all, guitarists spend most of their time looking at a fretboard, not a cleff. Thank's for this idea, hopefully it is implemented. by liquidnumb
2002-07-15: I myself know tabs and notes as well. Imho there is no need to say "try learning music theory" to people who wish the ability for another way of editing notes...Do you know that you limit yourself? by tonfarben
